Shipping & Returns
We use City Link as our method of shipping. There are no returns or refunds if they do not deliver your product. All lost package claims are handled by City Link. Tracking will be provided when package is ready to be shipped depending on weather you have payed for a tracked service. For all other shipping inquiries, please email them to sales@thebannersite.com.
Turnaround time for all orders is 2-3 for Canvas prints - This does not include time in transit. Though our turnaround times are usually met, they are not guaranteed.
We may choose to use a different carrier with the same or better service if City Link can not meet the shipping or turnaround schedule.
